How it began

Earthly Rebels was dreamt up in the sand dunes of Llangennith Beach, inspired by the wild beachscapes and surf culture of Gower, Wales. 

My name is Jay. I have been making botanical skincare for over a decade, working with locally foraged seaweeds and botanicals to highlight the healing and nourishing benefits of our natural environment.

More than skincare

I think about skincare not just as a product, but also an exciting and enriching journey with nature, from seed to skin.

Transforming plants into nourishing skincare is both empowering and enriching, and I’m passionate about promoting the art of skincare formulation and its wide range of health benefits.  

Through my maker workshops, I help people gain the skills and confidence to create their own products at home, fostering a more creative, sustainable, and eco-friendly approach to caring for our skin.
